Reward Probabilities on the Reward Wheel
In Talking Tom Candy Run, you have to watch a video ad to get a chance to spin the Reward Wheel. After that, you can spin the wheel for a random reward. You may repeat this as many times as you want, as long as there is another video available.
The Reward Wheel is accessed by tapping the gift box on the top right corner of the main page.
You can receive the following types of items on the Reward Wheel: Candies, Diamonds and Chests. Here are the probabilities of receiving each type of reward:

In Talking Tom Candy Run you can get a "Free Chest" by watching a video, buy a "Common Chest" with candy, and buy a "Rare", "Epic" or "Legendary" chest with diamonds.
In chests you get cards that you can collect in order to unlock and upgrade characters or unlock buddies. The rarity of such cards is indicated by their color. There are three different rarities of cards: blue = common, purple = rare, golden = epic.You can check the rarity of each character on the character selection screen. You can check the rarity of your buddy on the buddy selection screen. Access the selection screens from the shop screen.
Here are the probabilities of getting character and buddy cards in the different types of chest available for purchase:
