Talking Tom Gold Run and My Talking Tom Friends Promo Code Terms and Conditions ("Terms")

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or TikTok and any ad network or any mobile publisher, including but not limited to Google Inc., or any of their affiliated companies ("Social Media").

1. The promoter of this promotion ("Promotion") is Outfit7 Limited (we, us and our). We are a limited company, registered at 1st Floor Sackville House, 143-149 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 6BN, United Kingdom, with a billing and business address at Christaki Kranou 20, 2nd Floor, 4041 Limassol, Cyprus.
2. The Promotion is available to all users who (i) have at any time prior to start of Promotion or at anytime during the promotion period downloaded the Talking Tom Gold Run or My Talking Tom Friends game application (each as "Game") and (ii) accepted the Outfit7 Limited End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy. For the avoidance of doubt we do not make any representations that the Game or the Promotion is available in all countries of the world.
3. Users can access and claim an online coupon promoted on Social Media in connection with the Game ("PROMO CODE"), which the user can redeem, at its own discretion, during the promotion period as determined in Section 5 and in accordance with these Terms.
4. By entering the Promotion, you will be deemed to accept these Terms, together with all entry instructions published on Social Media or otherwise communicated to users, which form part of these Terms. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
5. Users can redeem the PROMO CODE by entering the PROMO CODE within the specified bracket, under "Settings" in the Game, to receive a reward. The reward each user is awarded with is i.) 1000 gold bars if using the PROMO CODE "RESTORE" in Talking Tom Gold Run; ii.) 5000 coins if using the PROMO CODE "REGROW" in My Talking Tom Friends ("Reward"). No purchase is required to download the Game or to be awarded the Reward, however, data charges may apply. Each user can redeem the PROMO CODE only once.
6. The start date of the Promotion is 19 September, 2024. To enter, please submit a PROMO CODE via the PROMO CODE bracket in the Settings of the Game before the end of the Promotion, which is 18 October 2024 at 00:00 CET ("Closing Date"). Entries received after this time and illegible entries will not be accepted. We do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to internet connection or other technical issues. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
7. Users' entitlement to the Reward is non-transferable.
8. The Reward is provided on an 'as is' basis and is non-negotiable. The Reward is not redeemable for cash, credit, or toward any previous purchases.We reserve the right to award an alternative Reward (which may consist of one or more items) of equal or greater value. Promotional codes are void where prohibited.
9. We reserve the right not to award the Reward or to seek the return of the Reward awarded in the event that a user is not entitled to receive it in accordance with applicable law and/or these Terms (even though you are solely responsible for ensuring that you are entitled to receive the Reward).
10. Any image used to promote the Reward is for illustrative purposes only and the actual Reward may differ from the item shown in the image, including without limitation as to make, model, specification, colour, finish, packaging and other features.
11. Users are solely responsible for all use made of the Reward. Subject to section 14 and except as expressly provided in these terms, no representations, warranties, conditions or other terms are made, given or accepted by us, and no other terms shall apply, as between us and any person, in relation to the Reward, including without limitation any terms as to suitability, reliability, satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose, or any other implied terms, all of which we exclude to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. You agree that our decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
13. We reserve the right, in exceptional circumstances, to vary, amend or withdraw the Promotion on reasonable notice.
14. You release us, Social Media and their respective parent entities, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any companies who are promotional participants and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, "Released Parties"), who will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be held harmless by you against any direct or indirect liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property, for participating in this Promotion. Subject to this, in no event shall we be liable to you for any loss, damage or disappointment suffered as a result of your entering (or inability to enter) the Promotion or your actions to redeem (or not redeem) the PROMO CODE, which are completely at your sole disposal.
