Before sharing any information with any companies for the purposes of interest-based advertising, understanding audiences and optimising our advertising and promotions in our or other publishers’ apps (all the purposes together referred to as “interest-based advertising” or “IBA”) we will always ask for your consent. Based on your consent we share information we collect from you that can be used to personally identify your device, e.g. online identifiers, with interest-based ads providers and they can use such data for the purposes of interest-based advertising. We may pass information we collect from you to advertising providers and they can reuse such data for interest-based ads. They may attach the information gathered from our Game to info gathered from other apps, websites, or via other services, and then build profiles and transfer the info to another provider. For example, if you viewed sporting equipment on the website on your device, the advertising provider may match this information with your advertising ID and show you an ad for such sporting equipment in our Game.

We allow interest-based ads providers to collect information for the purposes of interest-based advertising only if you are above the required age limit under applicable Brazilian data protection laws in our Games and you have consented to the sharing of your personal information for the purposes of interest-based advertising.

Interest-based ads providers use different technologies for the purposes of interest-based advertising that process your personal information in different ways, so please review their data processing practices before you provide your consent to sharing your online identifiers or other information that may be personal to you.

HOW CAN I TURN OFF INTEREST-BASED ADS?

You have an option to withdraw your consent to sharing your personal information for the purposes of interest-based advertising at all times. You can withdraw your consent by going to the game settings and clicking the interest-based ads button where you can manage your preferences by choosing to which interest-based ads provider you allow to share your personal information for the purposes of interest-based advertising.

When you decide to withdraw your consent or if you do not provide your consent, you may still see the same number of ads on your mobile device; however, these ads may be less relevant because they won't be based on topics you like, your interest, behavior, demographics, etc. Advertising providers may continue to show you ads based on the content of the application you are using (contextual advertising).
