ASSIGNMENT — MY TALKING ANGELA 2 CREATOR STUDIO UGC PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

OVERVIEW. This assignment (the "ASSIGNMENT") sets out the objective, entry mechanics, eligibility, judging, rewards and key dates for the My Talking Angela 2 Creator Studio user generated content campaign (the "PROMOTION"). This ASSIGNMENT forms an indivisible part of the UGC TERMS and any SUBMISSION must comply with both. All interpretations and decisions made by SPONSOR or, where applicable, the judging panel, are final.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE / ENTRY MECHANICS

Objective: Create and submit a SUBMISSION showcasing your creativity with My Talking Angela 2, as set out below.
Eligible Formats: Create one of the following SUBMISSION types, in accordance with the SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- Creator Studio output: a screenshot and/or video of Your Angela as designed in Creator Studio; or
- Non-game creation: a drawing, digital design, sketch, mock-up or illustration inspired by My Talking Angela 2.
Where to Upload: Post Your SUBMISSION on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube Shorts.
Tagging & Hashtag: Tag the official My Talking Angela account and include the hashtag #talkingangela in the caption.
Entry Limit: One SUBMISSION per Entrant; only the first SUBMISSION will count. Attempts to submit more than one will be disabled and may lead to disqualification. The use of scripts or any automated system is strictly prohibited.
No Edits After Posting: Once submitted, a SUBMISSION cannot be deleted, modified or cancelled.
Comment Guidelines (where applicable): Any comment-based participation must comply with Comment Guidelines.

No Generative AI: You are not allowed to submit any SUBMISSION generated by artificial intelligence technologies or software. No SUBMISSION may be created by Generative AI.
No Use of SPONSOR IP for AI: You have no rights to reproduce, upload, sublicense and/or otherwise use SPONSOR's intellectual property for purposes of using or training Generative AI, including text, code, images, video, audio and 3D assets.

United States, United Kingdom, Canada (excluding Quebec), Mexico, EU countries (excluding Italy), Switzerland, Turkey, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore.
Void where prohibited.

6.8.2026 (00:00 GMT) - 21.8.2026 (17:00 GMT). Entries received after the DEADLINE are not eligible. SPONSOR's clock is the official timekeeping device.

Valid SUBMISSIONS will be reviewed by a company jury.
Scoring Criteria (Total 100 points):
- Originality — 25 points
- Creative Use of Creator Studio — 25 points
- Presentation — 25 points
- My Talking Angela 2 Fit & Relevance — 25 points
Finality: The jury's decisions on all matters are final.

1st–4th Place: Ultimate Content Creator Kit (Ring Light, Phone Stand, Gimbal) and feature on SPONSOR social channels. Rewards are non-transferable, non-negotiable, not redeemable for cash, and may be substituted with an alternative reward of equal or greater value at SPONSOR's discretion.
5th–10th Place: Feature on SPONSOR social channels.
Approximate Reward Pool Value: cca $500–1,000 based on item price, shipping and tax.
All REWARDS are awarded "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
Actual items may differ from any illustrative images, including make, model, colour, and other features.
