PRIVACY POLICY FOR HTML5 GAMES

This Privacy Policy for HTML5 Games (»Privacy Policy«) describes how your personal information is used by Outfit7 Limited and its subsidiaries (referred to as "Outfit7", "we", "us" or "our", "ours") when you play our games published on Poki platform (»Games«).

We only process a limited amount of data as disclosed below. Your data is also processed by Poki, the provider of the platform, in accordance with their privacy practices. To read more about Poki's privacy practices, check their Privacy Center, available at this moment at https://poki.com/en/privacy.

Data processing for the provision of the Game

In some cases, we determine the purposes for processing personal data together (jointly) with Poki B.V. (»Poki«), our partner, who offers a platform where Games are published and distributed. For the purpose of providing a Game on Poki platform, we implemented a Poki SDK in it, and for this purpose we and Poki have entered into a Privacy Addendum, which sets out the joint controller terms, available at this moment at https://app.poki.dev/privacy-addendum. You can also read more details about Poki's privacy practices in their Privacy Center, available at this moment at https://poki.com/en/privacy.

We, together with Poki, may process the following types of data:

  • IP address,
  • device ID,
  • browser type

Data processing for analytics purpose

For the purpose of analysing the performance of the Game, we have engaged an analytics service provider, GameAnalytics Limited (»GameAnalytics«). GameAnalytics collects information on an aggregated and anonymous basis to help us understand and analyse trends in connection with the usage of our Games.

GameAnalytics may process the following types of data:

  • IP address,
  • information about your device (eg. device type, model)
  • aggregated and anonymised information on how much time players spend in a certain feature, and how long they spend in the game

Data processing for providing support

If you decide to contact us directly via email, we will use your data solely to respond to your inquiry. In such case, we'll process the following types of data:

  • email address,
  • your name, if you choose to provide it

Other than in such case, we do not collect any "traditional" personal information through our Games (such as your name or email address, with which you could be personally identified directly).

Data retention

Data will be retained for analytics purposes for up to six months. If you do not wish for your data to be processed, you should stop playing the Game.

For privacy practices of the Poki platform, learn more in their privacy center, available at this moment at https://poki.com/en/privacy.

We will occasionally update this Privacy Policy as necessary to protect our players, furnish current information, and respond to legal and technical changes. We may also contract with additional companies or change existing service providers to perform any services in connection with the Games. These changes shall be updated twice a year or promptly in case of material changes in our data processing practices.
